We do not collect pages visited or device info. We don't sell your data to anyone. We don't use cookies.

If you sign up for the newsletter, we store the email address you submit, the page you signed up from, and the signup timestamp so we can send studio updates and manage the mailing list. We do not sell or share that list.

Some of our games are kid-friendly. We don't knowingly collect personal info from children under 13 without parental consent. If you think we have, email us and we'll fix it.

Terms

By using our site or games, you agree to use them normally and not break things. Don't cheat, don't harass people, don't try to take down our servers. Games in alpha or beta are works in progress and might have bugs.

Everything on this site - games, logos, art, text - belongs to Signal Spike Games. You're welcome to use our stuff for streaming, videos, fan art, and press. For anything commercial beyond that, ask first.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we might use them. Our services are provided as-is. We'll do our best but can't guarantee everything works perfectly all the time.
