Privacy

We do not sell personal data, use advertising trackers, or use cookies for public site visitors.

We keep privacy-minimized operational request logs for up to 14 days. They contain the page path, timestamp, response status, response size, and request duration. They exclude IP addresses, query strings, referrers, and user-agent or device information. Error logs may contain limited technical context needed to diagnose failures.

Cloudflare provides network delivery and security for this site and processes network data under its own privacy terms. Browser games may save settings or progress locally in your browser so the game can remember them.

If you sign up for the newsletter, we store the email address you submit, the page you signed up from, signup and update timestamps, and whether the address is subscribed so we can send studio updates and manage the mailing list. We do not sell or share that list. You can unsubscribe here at any time.

If you request a promotional game key, we store the details you submit, the issued key record, and the request time so we can administer the key and follow up. Optional marketing consent is recorded separately. We no longer collect IP addresses or user-agent data with key claims.

To request deletion of newsletter, key-claim, or other personal information, email us from the address concerned.

Some of our games are kid-friendly. We don't knowingly collect personal info from children under 13 without parental consent. If you think we have, email us and we'll fix it.

Terms

By using our site or games, you agree to use them normally and not break things. Don't cheat, don't harass people, don't try to take down our servers. Games in alpha or beta are works in progress and might have bugs.

Everything on this site - games, logos, art, text - belongs to Signal Spike Games. You're welcome to use our stuff for streaming, videos, fan art, and press. For anything commercial beyond that, ask first.

We may use feedback or suggestions you send us, and while we do our best, our services are provided as-is without a guarantee that everything will work perfectly all the time.
